FIELD: auxiliary devices in well construction used in well drilling with use of downhole motor. SUBSTANCE: system has drill string separated by electric separator with nonmagnetic insert, computerized surface unit, receiving and radiating grounding rods and downhole unit with transducers of zenith and azimuth angles. Downhole unit is mounted in nonmagnetic insert and connected to it on both sides of electric separator. Downhole unit is provided with switch and connected to outputs of transducers of zenith and azimuth angles by microcontroller with receiver of surface control signals. Drill string includes deflecting tool located above power drive of rock-cutting tool. Drill string also contains electrically driven discrete-turning actuating mechanism made in the form of rotating driven link connected with deflecting tool and located in body which is rigidly connected with drill string. Body of electrically driven discrete-turning actuating mechanism has members fixing it from turning by reactive torque of downhole motor. Downhole unit and electrically driven discrete-turning actuating mechanism are supplied with power by turbogenerator. Located on line of power supply of electrically driven discrete-turning actuating mechanism is switch whose control input is connected with microcontroller. Computerized surface unit has member of reception of information signals and discharger which is electrically connected with radiating grounding rod, and member of reception of information signals is connected with receiving grounding rod and drilling rig.
