FIELD: hydraulic machinery engineering; construction of stages of submersible centrifugal pumps; production of oil. SUBSTANCE: pump stage includes impeller mounted on shaft which consists of drive disk, driven cover disk and blades. Guide apparatus consists of vane cover disk, cylindrical holder and vanes. Ratio of number of blades to number of vanes is equal to 1.75. Ratio of width of blades to width of vanes ranges from 0.75 to 0.95. Ratio of diameter of impeller and/or diameter of vane cover disk to inner diameter of cylindrical holder ranges from 0.92 to 0.97. Angle of contact of each blade ranges from 98 to 104 deg. at varying radius smoothly increasing from impeller inlet to its outlet. Ratio of minimum average radius of blade and its maximum average radius to diameter of drive disk is selected from 0.27 to 0.81. Ratio of thickness of blade to diameter of drive disk ranges from 0.027 to 0.06. Each vane of guide apparatus has contact angle of from 130 to 134 deg. at varying radius increasing from outlet of guide apparatus to its inlet. Ratio of minimum average and maximum radii of vane to diameter of vane cover disk ranges from 0.08 to 0.43. Ratio of thickness of vane to diameter of vane cover disk ranges from 0.01 to 0.29. Thickness of vane smoothly increases from inlet to outlet of guide apparatus.
