FIELD: oil and gas production from wells. SUBSTANCE: device may be used in operation of oil objects at stages with natural flowing of wells and at artificial supply of compressed gas to wells for lifting of oil by air-gas lift. The device has tubing string and substitution chamber. The latter is made in the form of turned over sleeve and overflow branch pipe secured in tubing string and forming cavity together with sleeve. Lower part of said chamber is communicated with internal space of tubing string. Turned over sleeve may move in axial direction. Sleeve stroke is determined and regulated by analytical formula. According to other version, device has tubing string and substitution chamber which is made in the form of sleeve with side windows at its bottom and with flange at the top. Flange normally covers discharge holes for gas in bushing rigidly connected to joint of tubing string components. Sleeve flange is movable in axial direction in bushing.
