SUBSTANCE: hinge mechanism provides for tight sound-conducting junction in sound conductor arranged between communication unit and semi- active hinged latching section. At least two pin members interconnect latching section and coupling unit for rotation. Each pin member is placed at respective point of revolution of latching section along axis of revolution of the latter. Sound-conducting joint is located at first point of revolution of latching section between opposing surface of the latter and that of communication unit. So, sound conductor sections are joined together irrespective of position of latching section relative to communication unit. Hinge mechanism has at least one flexible clamping member that applies force to two opposing surfaces by means of pin member at second point of revolution so that sound conducting junction is compressed and becomes sound-tight.
