SUBSTANCE: device intended to connect two electric circuits 2 and 15 by means of junction enabling easy disconnection and re-connection of two circuits at the same time eliminating interferences and surface noise in junction mechanism has first bearing member 14 free to move about shaft 1 secured on second bearing member 7. First bearing member 14 can be easily removed from and re-installed on shaft 1. First bearing member 14 has projecting part 8 held tight against electricity conducting elastomer 4 disposed on second bearing member 7. Projecting part 8 bears electricity conducting part 9 connected to first electric circuit 2 set up on first bearing member 14. Electricity conducting elastomer 14 is connected to second electric circuit 15 disposed on second bearing member 7. Interaction between projecting part 8 and elastomer 4 forms electric junction between first and second circuits 2 and 15.
