FIELD: medicine, applicable for electrostimulation in treatment- and-prophylactic and diagnostic purposes. SUBSTANCE: the electroneuroadaptive stimulator (Fig.1) has series-connected unit 1 for presetting the parameters of the stimulating signal, microprocessor 2 and gated amplifier 3 with reactive load 4 connected to which are the active (5) and passive (6) electrodes, as well as analog-to-digital converter 7 cut in between active electrode 5 and microprocessor 2, reactive load tuning unit 8, display unit 9 and power source 10. The reactive load is made in the form of a two-section inductance coil with ferromagnetic core 11 used as a tuning component. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of treatment and expanded diagnostic abilities due to matching of the level of the stimulating signal with the electrophysiological parameters of the body section under action. 7 cl, 5 dwg
