FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: organism's reaction to influence is determined from rate of change in duration of the first halfwave of enforced oscillations. Character of pathology is revealed from duration of the first halfwave of enforced oscillations. Psychosomatic homeostasis biological-electrical regulator has clock-pulse oscillator 1 connected in series with stimulating signals forming unit, which is connected additionally with unit 3 for setting parameters of stimulating pulses, and switch amplifier 4 which has transformer output. The output is connected with active and passive electrodes 5 and 6 correspondingly. Output of switch amplifier is connected with half-wave rectifier 7 connected in series with unit 8 for measuring duration and rate of change in duration of the first half-wave of enforced oscillations, and indication and control unit 9. Parameters of stimulated pulses are changed manually or automatically depending on rate of change in duration of the first half- wave of enforced oscillations. EFFECT: improved precision of measurement. 4 cl, 7 dwg
