FIELD: operation of oil wells. SUBSTANCE: method and device for its embodiment includes perforation of well by hollow-carrier jet-type perforator and implosive treatment directly at moment of well perforation completion for cleaning of formed perforation channels from baked crust with the help of implosive chamber whose internal space is communicated with perforator space. Then, thermal gas generator operates. The latter is connected with perforator by connecting unit having grate with plugged holes. Hot gases of thermal gas generator enter perforator body and through body holes for jet charges over preliminarily formed perforation channels, act directly perforation channels in formation. Characteristics of charge, device design and operating conditions are selected so as to provide for pressure of fracturing the formation. For evaluation of nature of effect and character of device operation, it is furnished with temperature and pressure pickups. The device is provided with a collar locator for detection of instrument location in well. EFFECT: provision for one round trip of performance of well perforation, cleaning of treated formation from mudding materials and formed perforation channels in formation from baked crust and formation fracturing. 2 cl, 1 dwg
