PROCESS OF TREATMENT OF WELL FACE ZONE AND FACILITY FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2203403 C1

FIELD: operation of oil wells. SUBSTANCE: process ensures effective treatment of face zone thanks to more intensive action on bed and reduced emergency rate during execution of operations. In correspondence with process depression chamber with inlet valve is assembled and their internal spaces are filled with air under atmospheric pressure. It is accomplished by way of leak-tight closure of inlet hole of inlet valve by mobile part of inlet valve. Chamber is delivered in treatment interval. Mobile part of inlet valve is released by command from surface and is moved upward in chamber till it strikes partition. Chamber is filled up with well fluid through inlet hole of inlet valve and radial holes in partition. Alternating pressures formed with opening of chamber due to pressure differences in depression chamber and in well and with fall of fluid column act on treated bed. Part of well fluid together with sedimentation elements arrived into it from face zone during depression is removed from interval of productive bed after termination of action. Rate of fill-up of depression chamber by well fluid is chosen on condition that maximum slope of leading front of depression cone is ensured in graph of pressure measurement in well and mass component of fluid column positioned above facility is preserved. Increase in rate of fill-up by well fluid is secured by way of reduction of resistance to incoming flow and by exclusion of turbulent vortices in radial holes of partition. Accelerated opening-closing of inlet hole of inlet valve is provided thanks to reduced weight of mobile part of inlet valve. Facility includes depression chamber with release valve and inlet valve which internal spaces communicate. Inlet valve of depression chamber includes body, lintel with central and radial holes and mobile part of inlet valve with sealing. Mobile part of inlet valve has internal space and holes in its walls. Its internal space is shut off by nut with holes in walls. Internal space of mobile part of inlet valve houses bullet mounted with its larger diameter for axial movement and for entering with smaller diameter hole in nut and central hole in lintel. There is gadget to execute this movement. In holes of walls of mobile part of inlet valve there are located dies resting in initial position on one side against sloping stops of body of inlet valve and on the other side against larger diameter of bullet. Lockpin is located in holes of walls of nut and in hole made in smaller diameter of bullet. Ratio of area of radial holes in lintel to area of inlet hole of inlet valve is 1:1.5 with area of inlet hole of inlet valve being not less than 12.0 sq cm. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of treatment of face zone of bed. 17 cl, 7 dwg
