FIELD: methods and devices for treatment of well producing zone. SUBSTANCE: method is based on excitation of downhole acoustic radiator by electric signal of frequency process band, conversion of electric signal into energy of acoustic vibrations. Short-range well producing zone is exposed to acoustic vibrations by the sum of electric signals of a series of process frequency band. Long-range well producing zone is exposed to low-frequency acoustic vibrations of combination different frequencies of process band. Device for embodiment of the method has a series-connected control unit based on multichannel master oscillator and phase-pulse modulator, generating device having a series of gated power amplifiers, matching device, cable, downhole acoustic radiator and power rectifier. Rectifier input is connected with terminals of primary power supply mains. Control voltage busbar in the device is connected to control input of multichannel phase-pulse modulator. EFFECT: higher well flow rate, particularly, low-productive wells; reduced fond of wells out of operation. 5 cl, 2 dwg
