FIELD: electronic devices for preparation of initial fire data with employment of armament stabilizers with independent stabilization of the line of sight, applicable on armored vehicles. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in supply of an input signal in the form of alternating voltage, matching of it with the input of the comparator; formation of an alternating reference voltage being a function of range and round type; supply of the matched input voltage and alternating reference voltage to the comparator; comparison of these voltages. If the absolute value of the matched input voltage is less than or equal to the absolute value of the reference voltage, shot authorizing commands are given. If the shot authorizing command is available, the actuators and firing circuit mechanisms get connected. The device has a power unit, switching unit, combination unit, enabling unit and a shot authorization zone value control unit. The method and device enhance the probability of hitting at fire at a range above 1500 m by rounds of various types, which enhances the efficiency of armored vehicles equipped with armament stabilization systems with an independent stabilization of the line of sight.
