FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: fertilizer applying machine has frame with carrier wheels, body with chain-and-plate conveyor mounted on body bottom, and unloading device mounted above conveyor. Feeding drum positioned behind conveyor is provided with wedges staggered on its surface and oriented with their acute ends in direction of rotation of drum. Slotted blades are positioned on wedge half-coils at acute angles to drum radius. Distributing drum is positioned behind wedges and provided with flat blades attached to its surface and arranged along double-thread helical path. Flat blades are diverging from central part of distributing drum. Blade surfaces are directed at an angle of 45 deg to machine longitudinal axis. Shell is positioned above feeding drum. Machine may be used for applying nondusty calcium materials, gypsum-containing material and solid organic fertilizers. EFFECT: increased efficiency by improved uniform distribution of material and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 4 dwg
