Invention relates to also the use of Japanese ginseng strain culture (Panax japonicus N 62 (VSKKVR)) for biomass preparing. Composition of ginseng and spirulina biomass shows high immunostimulating and hematotropic activity that, in part, under condition of different experiments results to increase of circulating immune complexes, reticulocytes, leukocytes and erythrocytes counts and increase of phagocytic activity of neutrophilic leukocytes also. Invention can be used for enhancement of nonspecific resistance of body to different both biotic and abiotic factors, prophylaxis and treatment of immunodeficiency states different blood in immune system disease.
