FIELD: devices for generation of mechanical vibrations; construction engineering, metallurgy, mining industry. SUBSTANCE: vibration exciter has housing with cylindrical working chamber and tangential supply passages; cylindrical rotor is located at eccentricity and is provided with central hole and outer circular projections located symmetrically along length; these projections are engageable with circular grooves of housing; one end of housing is provided with exhaust hole; energy carrier from working chamber of housing performs centrifugal revolving of rotor with no friction of end surfaces and escapes to central hole of rotor and then to exhaust hole of housing. EFFECT: increased power of vibration exciter; extended field of application. 1 dwg
