APPARATUS FOR GAS-FLAME TREATING OF MATERIALS Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: gas-flame treatment of materials in different branches of machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes cooler arranged between electrolysis-water generator and gas drier and it is joined with the last through flexible pipeline. Gas drier is joined with gas flame burner through two parallel gas supplying branches. One branch includes concentrator, unit for controlling gas mixture content and dry closure; other branch includes water closure, unit for controlling gas mixture content and dry closure. Concentrator is in the form of two coaxial pipes. Inner pipe is closed in its lower end portion, it has inlet opening and throttling apertures. In upper portion of outer pipe at side diametrically opposite relative to throttling apertures there is outlet opening for discharging concentrated gas mixture. Apparatus also has control unit for controlling operation of electrolysis-water generator. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of apparatus, possibility for controlling flame of burner from its oxidation state until reduction state. 2 cl, 4 dwg
