FIELD: treatment. SUBSTANCE: device has an electrolyzer connected by a gas duct to a sump, a waterlock, a dryer, a highly inflammable fluid bubbler, a gas mixer and a burner. An electrolyzer control unit has a contactor, a power source, a power regulator. Pressure and temperature pickups which outputs are connected to pressure and temperature protection units are installed in the electrolyzer. The second inputs of the pickups are connected to critical pressure and temperature setters. The outputs of the protection units are connected to the contactor through OR logic circuit and controllable key connected in series. The output of the pressure pickup is connected to the control input of the power regulator through a gas mixture pressure regulator. The dryer is connected to the gas mixer by an additional gas manifold. A second pressure pickup connected to the outlet pressure protection unit is mounted in this manifold, the output of the protection unit is connected to a third input of the OR logic circuit. The device also has a carbon-hydrogen source connected by a gate to a manifold which connects the bubbler to the gas mixer. EFFECT: improved structure. 5 cl, 1 dwg
