FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: vessel has hull with turret whose axis shifted forward relative to midships section, as well as technological and power complexes, living module, propulsion plant and anchor system connected with turret. Hull is turnable relative to axis of turret to moving ice cakes in anchored state in way of action of ice load. Hull has simplified lines satisfying the requirements imposed on ice ships and ice breakers. Propulsion plants intended for ice ships and ice breakers are mounted in fore extremity. Water-jet units are mounted on sides of vessel along entire length of hull. EFFECT: enhanced navigational safety. 2 cl, 5 dwg
