FIELD: production of electric power. SUBSTANCE: novelty is in the fact that the plant provided with turbines positioned in the vertical axis of symmetry, lower and upper partitions with holes, level gauges, gas chambers, discharge pipe-line of "excessive" gaseous working medium with actuator valves, tank-mixer, natural gas supply and discharge pipe-lines, flexible dome-shaped gas collector, weights-anchors, fastening loops and ropes, flexible dome-shaped floats, internal and external lower, middle, upper clamping rings. Use is made of a natural phenomenon in self-regulation of the operating pressure of working media in several power units. EFFECT: simplified design, improved ecologic purity, enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
