FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cokeless metallurgy, particularly it relates to manufacturing of blank by means of metals reduction from metallic oxideraw materials. Initial stock is preliminary reduced and supplied partially together with alloying addition and reducing agent into arc furnace. It is implemented its melting and finishing reduction, withdrawal of a finished product from electric furnace and its collection, cooling of thermally loaded parts of electric furnace and energy transformation of spent reagent into electric energy, directed to voltaic arc keeping. In the capacity of deoxidiser it is used natural gas. For prereduction of stock it is directed spent after finishing reduction gas. In the capacity of spent reagent for transformation into electricity it is used gas, effluent after prereduction of stock and steam of high energy parametres, received during the process of heat rejection from in the capacity of working medium of steam high-pressure turbine of electric generator, generating electricity, directed for keeping of voltaic arc.

EFFECT: heat energy utilisation of refrigerating fluid and usage of chemical and thermal energy of waste gas for prereduction of stock .
