FIELD: regeneration of spent lubricating oils in oil refining industry, agricultural production and other industries. SUBSTANCE: spent oil preheated to 80-100 C is mixed with powdery carbamide crushed to particle size of not greater than 150 mom in amount of 0.3-1.5% calculated for weight of oil being purified, and purified oil is then separated. EFFECT: improved quality of oils having higher content of contaminations and simpler method of purifying oils with higher content of water. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
