FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry, enzymology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes of isolation and concentration of enzymes from cultural fluid. Method involves the combination of ultra- -filtration and vacuum-evaporation in unit of separating type at temperature of heat-carrier at inlet into unit 100 C, temperature of concentrate 45 C and under vacuum 0.09 MPa from filtrate of Aspergillus awamori (strain 120-77) cultural fluid. Obtained highly concentrated enzyme preparation has activity of glucoamylase 1500 U/ml. Preparation is stable at storage at temperatures from 18 to 25 C. Method ensures to prepare highly concentrated liquid enzyme preparation showing glucoamylase activity in industrial large-scale.
