SUBSTANCE: nutritional medium for carrying out microbial lysine synthesis is prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis of grain raw material milling by enzyme composition, including α-amylase, glucoamylase, protease complex, which includes proteinase and peptidase, endo- and exo-β-glucanase, xylanase. To obtained enzymolysate, which is source of carbon and nitrogen, diammonium phosphate solution is added.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve qualitative characteristics of nutritional medium, increase degree of hydrolysis of highly molecular polysaccharides and protein substances, increase yield of target product from unit of grain raw material.
