SUBSTANCE: installation includes duct for passing tube, chamber for applying coatings, sprayers mounted in chamber on rocking plate, means surrounding moving tube and providing supply of coating material to each sprayer; unit for imparting rocking motion to plate and oscillation motion to sprayers with frequency and angular amplitude providing application of coating with uniform thickness.
