FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cooling organism on the background of ether-oxygen anesthesia and neuroleptic analgesia. The body temperature reaching 25 C, ether delivery is stopped. 22-23 C being achieved, hollow veins and aorta occlusion is carried out under concurrently stopping lung ventilation. The main stage of surgical operation being completed, blood circulation and cardiac activity is restored. EFFECT: long-term, safe hypothermy occlusion for 90 min and longer being reached.
