SUBSTANCE: deaeration plant includes spraying type thermic deaerator having pipelines for initial and deaerated water, heat supply agent and overflow. Plant also includes apparatus for regulating pressure of initial water of deaerator, said apparatus is joined with regulating member mounted on pipeline for feeding initial water, and sensor for detecting pH value of deaerated water mounted on pipeline for feeding deaerated water.
