FIELD: building material industry, in particular, methods for treatment of cement tempering liquid. SUBSTANCE: method consists in electrochemical treatment of tap water in a three-chamber electrolyzer with ion-selective membranes with a subsequent use of treated water for cement tempering; for cement tempering use is made of treated tap water taken from the middle, or cathode, or anode chamber, electrochemical treatment is accomplished by alternating asymmetrical current at voltage of 40-50 V, frequency of 500-600 Hz at a ratio of direct and return current half-waves equal to 1.6-1.7.
