SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction materials, in particular to the production of concrete, reinforced concrete articles, mortar, cellular concrete and other construction materials and articles based on cement. Method of obtaining a plasma-modified hardening system for cement is characterized by preparation of a water-cement suspension with its subsequent treatment with low-temperature plasma with a parameter value of E/N 15×10-16 V⋅cm2, where E is electric field intensity, N is total concentration of plasma particles. Processing is carried out at specific energy input values greater than 1 kW per m3, electric field intensity of more than 1 kV per mm in a spark discharge in the plasma torch when exposed to a period of time from 1⋅10-2 s to 5⋅10-2 s and with subsequent combination of treated suspension and mixing with binder and aggregates for preparation of molding compounds.

EFFECT: reduction of water-cement ratio, beginning and end of hardening of cement, acceleration of strength gain during initial hardening period, as well as increase in strength of cement-based construction composites.
