FIELD: poultry breeding. SUBSTANCE: fodder additive contains 10-12 g of nicotinic acid per 100 kg of combined feed. Feeding of the proposed additive to meat-type chickens promotes increasing of meat quality due to reduction of adipopexis in poultry carcass and reduction of fodder consumption without decreasing of liveweight gain.
