FIELD: performing underwater jobs for raising or lowering objects. SUBSTANCE: proposed unit includes mechanical winch, standing and running blocks of gin tackles, rope reeved between blocks, guides, cargo rope, locks of different heights mounted on extremities of craft, pulleys, carriage mounted between blocks of gin tackles for motion over guides of running block of gin tackles and fasteners of similar strength. Carriage is provided with rollers engaged with respective runs of rope reeved between blocks and unit for securing the carriage to running block of gin tackles. Front wheels of carriage are of larger diameter as compared with rear ones and their axles engaged with locks are located at different heights. EFFECT: increased depth of raising cargoes from water basin bottom. 6 dwg
