SUBSTANCE: proposed device for equalizing tension of slings of ship-raising pontoon has rocker arm mounted on axle with covers for mousings secured above hawse pipes and unit for locking the rocker arm in required position; this unit is made in form of screw turnbuckles; each hawse pipe is made in form of cone in its lower part whose angle exceeds limiting angle of inclination of rocker arm.
