FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: bolting includes reinforcing rod, check valve, flexible plug, solidified securing composition, air-supply pipe, baseplate and nut. Fitted on plug located between rod and side valve is retainer of plug position. Check valve is made in the form of ring with radial through hole and pipe of flexible material tightly covering this hole. Valve end face has recess with through hole inclined inside ring and communicated with air discharge pipe. Rod has pin for engagement with recess of check valve and two channels, one of which is communicated with radial hole of check valve, and the other one is connected by means of hole in check valve end face with air discharge pipe. Reinforcing rod may be made with circular grooves and with two channels for supply of securing composition into borehole and withdrawal of air from it into atmosphere. Plug position retainer is made in the form of conical spring washer with lugs inside hole which are engaged with circular grooves of reinforcing rod. Channels of reinforcing rod are made in the form of recesses covered by plugs of U-shaped section. Device for installation of bolting includes sleeve with pipe union. Sleeve has groove inside it which forms cavity round reinforcing rod and provided with draining member for air discharge from borehole. Draining member is fitted together with sleeve by nut of bolting to plug position retainer. Draining member and sleeve are fitted on rod for displacement along it. Sleeve has groove inside it which forms cavity round reinforcing rod through which radial hole of check valve is communicated with atmosphere through channel of reinforcing rod and sleeve pipe union. EFFECT: reliable sealing of bore hole and simplified technology of installation of bolting due to use in bolting of plug position retainer and reinforcing rod with circular grooves engaged with retainer lugs, and use in device for bolting installation of sleeve with internal groove forming cavity round reinforcing rod and draining member for air discharge from borehole. 6 cl, 7 dwg
