FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for securing the contour of underground mine workings. Rope anchor for installing in a blast-hole includes an ampoule with a fixing mixture, a rope anchor head, a rope made of twisted strands consisting of multiple wires, fixing mixture movement limiters, a backplate, a coupling with a tension nut, and a clamping wedge. A conical screw is installed at a distance l=5 to 10 mm from the end of the rope as the rope anchor head, the diameter of the base whereof dscr is determined from the expression dscr = 0.8 dbh, where dbh is the diameter of the blast-hole. The coupling has a thread and a rope-tensioning nut on the outer surface, and at the end, a hexagonal surface with a cylindrical shank with a width l1=5 to 10 mm and a radius inscribed in a regular hexagon. On the inside, the coupling has a channel for passing and securing the rope, matching the shape of the clamping wedge, wherein a deformation slot is made, and a channel for passing the strands of the bearing part of the rope, shaped as a cone transitioning into a cylinder. The length of the clamping wedge Lwed=(11-13)dcl, where dcl is the diameter of the clamped bearing part of the rope. The length of the conical part of the wedge Lwc=(0.5-0.7)Lwed. The angle of inclination of the conical surface of the clamping wedge is within the range α=2.5-3.5°. The clamping wedge is therein made by lost-foam casting (LFC technology). The width of the deformation slot in the clamping wedge lw depends on the diameter of the clamped bearing part of the rope and is within the range lw=2.2-2.7 mm.

EFFECT: increase in the manufacturability of the anchor, increase in the reliability of securing the rope without a reduction in the strength characteristics of the rope.
