FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for building air-independent power-generating plants with heat engines operating in closed objects or under abnormal conditions of atmosphere. Operation of plant is based on cleaning and enriching of exhaust gases by inter-action with gaseous oxygen or melt of alkali which are obtained by connection of solid oxygen carrier - sodium superoxide with water in hoppers-reactors. Reaction products are water solution of sodium carbonate which is directed into receiver, and water which is either unitized in cycle or brought out. Mixture of cleaned gases with oxygen is dried and conditioned according to partial composition and temperature and enriched by mixture of inert gases-helium and argon and, if plant operates according to closed cycle, mixture is delivered to heat engine (internal combustion engine or gas turbine) for combustion. Plant has at least one heat engine with water-to-water cooling system, exhaust gas cleaning system and artificial gas mixture preparation system including antipulsator, contact heat exchangers, mixer-neutralizer connected with hoppers-reactors and phase gas-liquid dividers, and receivers for exhaust gas cleaning products and artificial gas mixture. Hoppers-reactors are used for accumulating sodium carbonate pumped into hoppers-reactors from receiver after consumption of solid oxygen carrier. EFFECT: improved quality of artificial gas mixture, and possibility of use of solid oxygen-containing reagent reducing power consumption and mass and size characteristics of plant. 3 cl, 1 dwg
