FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is secured on outer hull of submersible technical facility; it includes body with locking units, leverage for forced pushing buoy and mechanism for securing and releasing the buoy and cutting off electrical cable. Locking units are made in form of swivel boards with buoyancy units, grips and flexible gaskets. Levers of forced pushing mechanism are secured on hermetic swivel tubes inside which shafts with torsion springs are located; they are protected against corrosion. Mechanism for securing and releasing the buoy and cutting-off electrical cable is mounted in detachable unit provided with detachable cover and secured in hub; it includes piston which is engageable with buoy and is enclosed in hermetic cylinder containing pyrotechnic charge; detachable cover and piston are provided with cutting edges on one of end faces for passage of electric cable between them.
