FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining Cyclophylline concentration in patient blood using enzymology methods, immunology methods with special antibodies, peptide chemistry methods, radiochemistry methods. Shock state severity is evaluated as unfavorable when cyclophylline concentration is higher than 29 units/ml. The concentration being higher than 50 units/ml, lethal outcome from the shock state is predicted. EFFECT: high reliability of the method. 2 cl, 1 tbl
