SUBSTANCE: proposed substance may be used in cosmetology for inhibition of process of skin withering and also for treatment of diseases caused by disturbances of process of collagen synthesis in human organism, in particular, arthroses, dermatoses and various forms of paradontosis. Biologically active substance contains lanolin or glycerin, and emulsion of liposomes comprising primary nutrient and water. Used as a primary nutrient, liposomes contains hydroxylated proline and/or lysine. The substance contains the ingredients in the following ratio, mas.%: lanolin or glycerin, 50.0-70.0; 10-20-% liposomes emulsion with 10-30-% aqueous solution of hydroxylated proline and/or lysine, 10.0-15.0; water, the balance.
