FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves subjecting biologically active points and zones to pulsating electromagnetic field action with 0.1 V/m2 intensity. Electromagnetic pulses are radio impulses with package succession frequency being in the range of 0.1 to 100 Hz, 0.01 Hz discreteness step and carrying frequency in the range of 10 to 15 kHz. The device has antenna, power supply source, control keyboard, liquid crystal display unit, unit for tuning concordance with the antenna, stabilizer which input is connected to the power supply source, microprocessor controller unit having its inputs connected to the control keyboard and liquid crystal display unit for representing parameters of the treatment program applied, and to the unit for tuning concordance with the antenna unit. The microprocessor controller unit keeps to 1000 treatment programs in its storage unit and forms impulses as output which succession frequency is in the range of 0.1 to 100 Hz modulated with 10 to 15 kHz frequency.
