FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: form used in form structures for erecting buildings and structures with mushy concrete ceilings has longitudinal and transversal beams with flat floor installed on vertical supporting frames with jacks and joined together by means of articulated cross ties. Longitudinal and transversal beams are, essentially, two U-beam structures whose walls are rigidly joined together by means of two partitions to form symmetrical equidimensional troughs to receive flat floor fastening bars. Each vertical supporting frame has vertical posts, diagonal and horizontal taut struts. Each vertical post is made of hollow cylindrical section; longitudinal stiffening ribs are uniformly arranged over external diameter of mentioned section, and slot-shaped guides are made in addition for easy displacement of prism-shaped plate with rounded-corners parallelogram in prism base. Rigidly fixed perpendicular to plane of one of plate bases is rod carrying locking member on its other end designed for connection to one of cross-tie ends. Flanges of U-beam structures are straight members thicker than walls; they are intended for fixing longitudinal and transversal beams between them by means of supporting planks installed on their ledges and joined by stud.
