Prepolymer of ФП-65-2 type is used as polymer, hydrocarbon fluid is used in the capacity of solvent, water with following proportion of components, parts by weight: prepolymer of ФП-65-2 type - 100; hydrocarbon fluid 50-100; filling agent 1-10; water 1-3; is used as cross-linking agent.
