FIELD: agricultural production. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating magnetic powder by means of brush from magnetic seed separation wastes in aqueous solution of alkyl sulfonate on sieves with cells of size smaller than diameter of seeds; settling magnetic powder from produced suspension by exposing it to magnetic field; discharging aqueous solution of alkyl sulfonate by decanting procedure; drying separated magnetic powder sediment.
