FIELD: space engineering; designing spacecraft. SUBSTANCE: spacecraft has compartment with target equipment, pressurized instrument bay, equipment bay, temperature control system and power supply system which includes solar battery, automation and voltage stabilization complex (in instrument bay), nickel-hydrogen storage batteries (in equipment bay); pressure sensors sensitive to change in electrical capacity of storage batteries are mounted inside batteries. Sensors are connected to data swapping channel for exchange of data between automation complex and on-board which is provided with program correcting the mode of operation of spacecraft depending on rate of discharge of storage batteries and defining total rate of discharge of batteries. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability; improved service characteristics of power supply system and spacecraft as a whole. 1 dwg
