FIELD: heat-power engineering; refrigerating engineering for simultaneous generation of power and cold. SUBSTANCE: heat generated in burning fuel in furnace of steam generator is transferred to water, thus evaporating it. Steam from steam generator is admitted to turbine through steam superheater where it expands performing effective work converted into electrical power by means of electric generator. Them steam passes through condenser where it is condensed due to heat exchange with cooling system. Steam mixture formed during passage of hot steam through regulating valve and ejector is admitted simultaneously to steam-and-water pump-preheater, thus causing suction of cold steam from evaporator. Steam and water are intensively mixed in steam-and- water pump preheater followed by obtaining preheated condensate at high temperature and pressure. Condensate is sucked into evaporator through throttle valve where it is partially evaporated in vacuum and remaining part of condensate is cooled down. This part of condensate is circulated over closed cold water loop flowing through cold consumer. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
