FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention can find use while measuring direction and value of velocity vector of flow of gas or liquid, for instance, on flying vehicles. Gear includes first source of marks located in center of ring receiver, second and third sources of marks embraced by ring receiver and positioned in symmetry with reference to first source of marks. First source of marks is embraced by second source of marks coming in the form of semi-ring. Symmetry axis of second receiver is perpendicular to line of location of sources. Sources of marks are connected to generator and receiver is linked to mark recorder. Processor is used to compute value of velocity vector and angle of direction of flow of gas or liquid.
