FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring conductivity in the left and right diaphragmal nerves. Amplitude and latency of the muscular response is analyzed. Pathology in diaphragmal nerves like increased latency and reduced amplitude more than by 20% relative to a lower normal value being revealed, the same test is applied with "3/15" coefficient in changing position to ortho-position. No pathology being revealed, three standard cardiovascular tests like Valsalva test, deep breathing test, "3/15" coefficient calculation are used. EFFECT: high reliability of diagnosis results; prevented severe complications.
