FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to children cardiology and endocrinology. Evaluation of indices of time analysis of heart rhythm variability pNN50 and rMSSD is performed and additionally spectrum analysis is carried out. Ratio of low-frequency and high-frequency spectra indices (HP/LF) is calculated. In case if reduction of pNN50 and rMSSD indices goes with more than 1.6 increase of ratio HF/LF, diabetic autonomous cardial neuropathy is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for early diagnostics of diabetic autonomous cardial neuropathy in children and teenagers.
