FIELD: teaching foreign languages and translating from foreign to native language. SUBSTANCE: method that can be implemented by means of paper or electronic media as well as by means of electronic devices includes ordering of list of foreign words provided with phonetic transcription, their translation into native language, and comments. Words are arranged in order of appearance of various sounds and their pronunciation according to alphabet of characters of foreign-language phonetic transcription which is as follows for English language:
