FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out indirect electrochemical blood oxidation with sodium hypochlorite solution for performing plasmapheresis. The 0.06% sodium hypochlorite solution is intravenously dripped in the amount of 1/10 of circulating blood volume during 60 min. Plasmapheresis is carried out during 40- 50 min. Blood exfusion is 1000.0 ml, flow rate is 40-50 ml/min. The whole treatment course is 3-6 sessions long in everyday mode. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; intensive removal of endotoxins. 1 dwg
