FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering 400.0 ml of 5% glucose solution, 400.0 ml of rheopolyglucin, 0.06% sodium hypochlorite solution during 60 min as intravenous drop injection, blood exfusion in the amount of 1000.0 ml at a rate of 40-50 ml/min before applying plasmapheresis. Erythrocyte mass is incubated with Dalargin at a dose of 2 mg after centrifuging and returned to the patient. The total treatment course is 3-6 daily sessions long. EFFECT: increased autolysis products elimination; improved liver condition; stimulated microsomal oxidation processes; reduced residual manifestations of abstinence syndrome. 1 dwg
