FIELD: flour-milling industry. SUBSTANCE: sieve has sieve stacks including sieves positioned one above the other symmetrically to vibrator. Each sieve stack is arranged between four vertical profiled members and is equipped with dustproof door and side members made in the form of multilayer slabs of metal pressure plates and intermediate foam plastic layer. Insulation in vertical and door profiled members is designed for preventing formation of cool bridges and is connected to side members. Sieve stacks define at least one double section made in the form of separate constructional units. Flat sieve is used in mills for sieving cereals and farinaceous products. EFFECT: simplified construction and assembling of flat sieves, improved sanitary standards and increased efficiency. 5 cl, 4 dwg
