SUBSTANCE: submersible shock machine includes body, sleeve with discharge path positioned in lower part of body, drilling tool with conduits, slime transporting pipe and distribution rod mounted coaxially and forming power-feeding channel, churn drill with axial duct and bore in its upper part, controllable chamber of working stroke with feeding and discharge device carrying stepped valve with space of reduced pressure and discharge path. Upper sleeve is mounted in body, in zone of location of stepped valve. Discharge path made in it has the form of external longitudinal grooves and radial holes, communicates with discharge path of sleeve installed in lower part of body and with space of reduced pressure of stepped valve that is formed by outer surface of its smaller step and inner surface of upper sleeve.
